Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
Custom-made or clearance sale items.
Return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date.
To start a return, you can contact us at service1@juancare.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service1@juancare.us.
Warranty
We offer a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all of our products. You can ship a faulted product to us if you are encountering a technical issue with it. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damages or items relating to wear-and-tear. The rechargeable consumables (such as batteries, etc.) are items not covered under the warranty.
Contact us via service1@juancare.us with your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photos or videos. Our technical team will evaluate your request and provide further instructions.
If the product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide detailed shipping instructions.
Shipping Damage
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via service1@juancare.us and provide photos or videos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product following the return process and place a new order. Customer Service Response Time: We will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours of receiving your email. Response times may be delayed during holidays.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service1@juancare.us.
